December 2007-- The "Find a Dressmaker"website, www.findadressmaker.com, continues to grow, bringing loads of business to talented dressmakers across the US and beyond.
Fall 2006- present -- Mimi teaches sewing clasess at the JCC in Manhattan.
November 2006 -- Mimi attended the National Professional Association of Custom Clothiers' conference in San Francisco, taking courses in theatrical costuming, techniques for stretch fabrics, pricing, and more...
June 2006- present -- Mimi launches a new website, www.findadressmaker.com, linking dressmakers and potential clients across the US.
May 2005 -- A special client, appearing on the Today Show , to discuss her weight loss with Katie Couric, commissioned Mimi's services to alter her mother's heirloomed gown. Pictures are shown briefly during the video (click link to view).
January 2005 -- The Empire State Chapter of the Professional Association of Custom Clothiers has begun, and Mimi is among the charter members. Serving as the group's secretary, she will help to promote custom work and expand the network and visibility of qualified design and sewing professionals in the New York area.

Professional Association of Custom Clothiers conference in Savannah, GA. Mimi is committed to continuing her education as it relates to improving the quality of her work. As part of her constant effort to sharpen her skills and broaden her knowledge, Mimi attended this event. While in Savannah, she immersed herself in classes, seminars, and lectures led by a highly skilled group of professional custom clothing makers, industry professionals, and wearable artists.
